So I was ubber excited when I got the news that Jen+Shel were engaged!
Shel proposed to Jen on 9/9/09 in Jamaica while attending another friends wedding who got engaged on 8/8/08…So keeping in the tradition Jen + Shel have set their wedding date for 10/10/10… I totally LOVE traditions!! š
Of course I jumped at the opportunity to photograph their engagement session. They gave me full range and I ran with it. Since the leaves were in the midst of changing and the colors outside were divine I knew I wanted to use St. Nicholas Park, a beautiful little park right in front of City College. The day was perfect, weather was delightful, and Jen + Shel were so darn cute!Ā Jen’s hair was styled perfectly and Shel’s hair was sooo nice as well! — She did herself if I might add!

The first thing Jen told me when she booked the shoot was that she and Shel weren’t a “lovey dovey” couple…..
