Tara called me early on a Monday morning and said that she saw her friend Stephanie’s pictures and fell in love. She had been searching for the right photographer for weeks and she said when she saw my images she knew I was “the one”. I was completely flattered!! 2 weeks later, I bypassed a blizzard, and I was back in Miami off to meet The Menendez Family. I knew that this session would be extremely special for Tara and Raul as Celine is their first and only child. When I arrived Tara wasΒ  getting her makeup finished (MariaΒ  you did a fabulous job! If you need a makeup artist please contact her mariaabreu@yahoo.com) and Raul was getting dressed. I wasted no time getting “comfortable”. There were so many areas in their home to choose from, I was like a kid in a candy store!

Miss Celine was a little bit camera shy at first but looking at the pictures below your would never know. πŸ˜‰ For the next 3 hours (though to me it felt like 20 minutes) I climbed on chairs, rearranged some furniture, made their master bath look like a studio, listened/sang to Celine Dion, sipped on H20, and captured some incredible images!! The sweetest part of the whole shoot was the enthusiasm that Tara and Raul shared with me. Tara had spent the last 2 weeks preparing for the shoot and she wanted everything to be perfect. Their were No complaints. No fuss. No worries. hehe. My kind of family! πŸ˜‰

With no further adieu, Meet the Menendez Family. πŸ™‚
