When I read on facebook that Anaid was going into labor I contacted Fred right away.
We synced our calendars and set a date.
Isabella Victoria Romero was a week old when I got to meet her.
She melted my heart.
There is something so special about the display of affection and attention between Anaid + Fred. Every time they looked at her they smiled it was clear that life became perfect when they became three.
What better gift could they have asked for?

Did you have cousins that you totally wanted to be like when you grew up?
Well that’s what Manny + Rosanna are to me. Growing up Rosanna used to tell me stories about her and Manny’s awesome lives! I so looked up to them. They are the masterminds behind We Are Third Eye Design Group an award winning post production studio specializing in broadcast, editorial, and interactive design. Ohh yeah.. they are totally cool. 🙂 They inspire me to live my dreams to the fullest!
They became even cooler when they graced our world with one of THE cutest baby ever, Andres Manuel Gonzalez. Andres never stopped staring at me and I promise I have never photographed a baby that was so attentive + happy! I think he likes me and my big ol’ camera. YAY!! 🙂
I am so looking forward to documenting how quickly he grows up!

Meet the Rodriguez Family.
David + Lily graciously hosted Thanksgiving Dinner for the family this year. David happens to love photography himself and has taken beautiful photographs for the family. In the midst of it all he asked me if I could take his family portrait this year and of course I said Yes and nodded with glee 🙂
Alina + Emily are pro’s to the camera and I promise our mini session took all of 10 minutes. No Joke! My kinda Family 😉

The essence of childhood!
Today is brothers birthday.
I’ve been teasing him that he’s an old man and needs to makes some babies for our grandchild wanting mother. LOL!
Growing up we fought like cat + dog but as adults we’ve become besties. 🙂
Happy Birthday dear broham! You are truly the sweetest, hardworking, intelligent, go with the flow man I know!  Thank you for putting up with all my nonsense, calling me just to say hello, keeping my calm when I’m in a frenzy, and for being a manager at my favorite store…APPLE! 😉 (amongst many other things)

There are many people, places, and things I am thankful for. I wouldn’t be able to stop writing if I tried to jot them all down. But if I had to share just 1 thing it would be I am thankful for the perfect day I have had today.  Started off  with decorating gingerbread men, photographing one of my favorite families, lunching with my grandparents, and will finish off with dinner with my family. Nothing big and glamourous but worth more to me then anything. I am thankful for the simple things. The ones that fill us with love and are constant reminders to how beautiful life is!
